Make no mistake — the blockchain and its inception will be looked back upon as a “Monolith”-esque event for Mankind. The creation of the internet will pale in comparison with regards to overall scope and impact. We are not far from a future where blockchain technology is embedded in nearly every aspect of our everyday lives.

Software as a Service is set to be, at best, completely overhauled; and, at worst, completely eradicated. The way that we think about data and its flow is evolving every day. The long-standing tradition of vertical integration, and its old binary overlords — Apple-Microsoft-Oracle and the like — are quickly fading into antiquity.

This was never a pirate ship. Never an anarchy movement or an economic doctrine. It was never about government overreach or personal freedoms.

This is about the way forward. This is about the future.
